New Year, New Titles

As Neutral Posture, a women-owned small business furniture manufacturer, rings in the New Year, two employees' titles have a new ring to them. Rachel Boenigk and Anne McKibben have taken on new job positions within the company. Boenigk has been named National Sales Manager and McKibben, Director of Customer Experience.

Beginning in January 2019, Boenigk will be responsible for leading Neutral Posture's sales initiatives to develop and implement growth. In her role as Director of Customer Experience, McKibben will lead initiatives to optimize customer interactions through consistent service, quality and solutions from initial customer contact to project completion and beyond.

Prior to joining Neutral Posture, Rachel worked as a Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. Since joining Neutral Posture in 2013 she has held positions from Sales and Marketing Coordinator, to Strategy Development Specialist, to Product Manager, to a Territory Sales Representative, and most recently as the Sales Manager for Systems. Rachel attended Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History and her Master of Public Service Administration in Public Policy Analysis in 2012.

Beginning with Neutral Posture in 2006 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Anne has worked with and through several departments - including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Administration beginning her ability to transition between different areas as she was needed and assist in meeting objectives and goals. In her previous work life, Anne served as a Program Specialist for the Brazos Valley Council of Governments Workforce Board. She attended Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Development minoring in Agricultural Economics and Agricultural Business in 2002.
