Neutral Posture Announces New National Sales Manager to Join Leadership Team

Cheryl Spott

Bryan, TX - Neutral Posture, Inc., a leader in ergonomic seating and workplace systems, has named Cheryl Spott as their new National Sales Manager.

Ms. Spott plans to aggressively grow Neutral Posture's product lines by working in close collaboration with the internal sales team and through strategic marketing initiatives with Neutral Posture's strong network of representatives and dealers.

"I'm excited about the opportunity to join the Neutral Posture family. From their humble beginnings, it is impressive to see what the mother/daughter team of Jaye Congleton and Rebecca Congleton Boenigk have created. What is even more extraordinary, is the resiliency of Neutral Posture during the COVID-19 Pandemic. When other companies are struggling or shutting down, they are thriving. As a woman owned small business manufacturer, they have been able to pivot as needed. As an essential business, they have served our country and enhanced their product lines to keep Americans safe. I'm so honored to be joining this dynamic company," says Cheryl Spott.

Ms. Spott has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and is a member of the International Interior Design Association. She has over 18 years of industry experience. She is an accomplished sales manager, leveraging business nationally and abroad with corporate, hospitality, healthcare, educational and GSA market clients. She has vast experience developing targeted market solutions through direct interaction with dealers, architects, designers and end-users via coordinated efforts with manufacturer's reps, dealer sales reps and their support teams.

"Cheryl is exactly the experienced sales leader we were looking to add to our team," stated Neutral Posture, Inc., Executive Vice President of Strategic Development, Kari Krueger. "We are confident she will enhance our organization through her fantastic mix of entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of our corporate culture. We are thrilled to have her join our growing team."
